Message I think they should stand behind their service, stand behind their claims, and take a little more pride in their job. If I give my car to a mechanic and he beats it with a sledgehammer, he pays for his mistake. I don't have to purchase extra insurance to have peace of mind that it will be safe while in the shop. I only wish the same went for people who make a profession out of moving packages. Apparently, this is too difficult for them.

Do yourself a favor and just worry about your own car. I don't see what everyone is so worried about anyway.
